Rate Limits

Read the call and text-message rate limits in force for your organization, plus the paid 10DLC campaign submission limit. Each number is your own override when one is set, otherwise the deployment default; zero means the action is blocked. Workflow runs have no separate organization limit — they draw on these call and message limits.
