Attach your organization's data so calls can answer from it. A knowledge base is one HTTPS URL to a JSON export of your data; Resia imports it into a live database and refreshes it before each call that names it, using the export's ETag to skip unchanged downloads. Name a knowledge base on a call, and the agent looks answers up from your data during the conversation.
