Attach your organization's data so calls and chats can answer from it. A database is one HTTPS URL to a JSON export of your data; Resia imports the export and refreshes it before each call or chat that names the database, using the export's ETag to skip unchanged downloads. Name a database on a call or a chat, and the agent looks answers up from your data during the conversation.
