List the in-call models a Call Agent can use

Lists every model that Resia has a price for today, cheapest first, with what each adds to the price of a connected call minute. Put an entry's provider and model into in_call_llm to make the agent's calls use that model. A save still checks the model with its provider, so a listed model that the provider no longer serves is refused with HTTP 422. in_call_llm null is not in the list: null means Resia dynamic (recommended), where Resia sends no model, the voice platform selects the model, and no surcharge applies. Nothing is stored or charged.
